By purchasing the properties ourselves we assume all risks of hidden surprises and can tailor the design and finishes to each property. This gives us the ability to know it was renovated right and the design style is cohesive.

Hello, we are Chris and Arielle Stahl, we are a husband and wife renovation couple who have a passion for taking on the distressed homes and turning them into true beauties. Our mission is to provide high quality work from structure to finishes into each home to make them look and function their best. Being able to design each home in it's own unique way is just part of the fun.
We don't just focus on the finishes but what is behind the finishes, focusing on repairing structure and damage that may be present. We get all the right permits, inspections, and professionals required to get the project finished the right way.
